Well, welcome back to my world. It has been a couple of weeks since my last post. I have been and still am moving. This is one endeavor I do not enjoy, but God is more than good. Over the past couple of weeks much has been happening. I had the opportunity to speak to a men's group this past Sunday. It was great to share, but I realized that I still need time to sort out the emotions of the recent weeks.
This brings me to my thoughts for this week. God is always at work molding and making us into the servants He needs and desires us to be. Our part is to yeild ourselves and allow Him full access. Many times, we tend to "adjust" our lives to what we think we should be and hide behind this facade.
God does not need our help. He has the power and authority to make us as He sees fit. Remember, we are clay in the potter's hand. As He molds us, we must remain true to His handiwork. Too many times we allow the perspective of others to form our lives. God sees us as we have been, as we are and as we can be. God has called me to be a biker. This calling is not for everyone. He calls you to be yourself. His passion in us works out into the formation of who He desires us to be.
One thing I wish to leave with you all this week. I have come too far to be someone I am not. Your journey has brought you to where you are and it has formed you into who He desires you to be. I commit to be real, true to the forming of the Potter's hand. Won't you do the same?
Till next time, be true to who you are and ride safe!
